Non-bank lender Brighten has launched a proprietary cloud-based broker portal, designed with brokers to enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With real-time tracking, document uploads, and digital tools, the platform aims to streamline processes and improve broker interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boosting broker success with innovative tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBrokers play a pivotal role in our business, and we\u2019re committed to providing them with the resources they need to succeed,\u201d said Jason Azzopardi (pictured above), CEO of Brighten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Azzopardi highlighted the broker portal\u2019s focus on simplifying workflows, giving brokers more time to serve clients and improve response times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technology as a growth enabler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Azzopardi said that the portal reflects Brighten\u2019s ongoing commitment to integrating technology for better service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs we continue to grow, this portal will empower us to scale our services, improve response times, and streamline the application process by providing brokers with powerful tools and enhanced communication with our teams,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tailored features for broker efficiency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Brighten broker portal provides real-time application tracking, a digital serviceability calculator, and scenario submission tools. It also features a conditions tracker and live updates to help brokers stay informed about policy changes and service levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous improvement based on broker feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The broker portal is now available to all Brighten brokers, with additional features planned based on user feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
