portal to help enhance its broker offering.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-bank lender Brighten has unveiled a new, cloud-based broker portal to help accelerate the lodgement process and improve overall broker experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new portal provides brokers with scenario lodgement, real-time application tracking, a conditions tracker (to help monitor any outstanding conditions), a digital serviceability calculator, document upload functionality, pricing and policy updates, and a range of tools designed to increase communication and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten built its new portal in collaboration with brokers and said it would continue to add new features and enhancements in line with broker feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Jason Azzopardi, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theadviser.com.au\/tech\/45325-new-ceo-takes-the-reins-at-non-bank\">CEO of Brighten<\/a>, the new broker portal has been launched to enhance efficiency and improve the overall broker experience and in recognition of the \u201cevolving needs of brokers in today\u2019s fast-paced environment\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said: \u201cBrokers play a pivotal role in our business, and we\u2019re committed to providing them with the resources they need to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Brighten broker portal is a game changer in simplifying the process for brokers, allowing them to spend more time focusing on their clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith this cloud-based portal, brokers can log in at any time to track their deals, monitor outstanding conditions, and submit scenarios with ease, ultimately improving their workflow and providing a more seamless experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO said that the lender was working to ensure the process from scenario submission to lodgement was \u201cas efficient as possible\u201d for brokers, with the lender investing in technology to improve this service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azzopardi said: \u201cAs we continue to grow, this portal will empower us to scale our services, improve response times, and streamline the application process by providing brokers with powerful tools and enhanced communication with our teams.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten has been on a transformation journey this past year, having installed Azzopardi as its new CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theadviser.com.au\/tech\/45325-new-ceo-takes-the-reins-at-non-bank\">in January<\/a> and welcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theadviser.com.au\/lender\/46152-brighten-expands-leadership-team-as-it-eyes-broker-growth\">three female leaders<\/a> (Julie Stanceski, Annorah Hannon, and Katarina Topalovic) to
