The move is in the name of brokers, after a recent survey revealed they\u2019re looking for greater flexibility and choice in loan submission options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten\u2019s director and head of distribution, Chris Meaker, noted how important it was to include brokers in the decision-making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe addition of ApplyOnline complements our existing technology suite, providing the flexibility and choice our brokers are looking for. Every enhancement we make is driven by our goal to improve the broker experience. We continually seek feedback from brokers, listen to their needs, and respond with tailored solutions,\u201d said Meaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGoing live with ApplyOnline will not only expand access for more brokers to work with Brighten, but it will also significantly increase our capacity to handle a growing volume of applications as we scale.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key features of NextGen\u2019s ApplyOnline product include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital checklist:<\/strong>&nbsp;Helps brokers identify required documents for faster application decisions, contributing to quicker turnaround times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seamless document uploading:<\/strong>&nbsp;Allows brokers to submit documents directly through ApplyOnline, automatically indexed within Brighten\u2019s CRM, reducing manual data entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital signature capability:<\/strong>&nbsp;Enables a secure and expedited application process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NextGen\u2019s head of lender partnerships, Mike Ponsonby, said: \u201cNextGen\u2019s ApplyOnline delivers best-in-class capabilities, supporting brokers with an agile and efficient platform.
