100vw, 980px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-bank lender Brighten has launched a range of residential and commercial SMSFs products to give brokers more options in the market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten\u2019s new \u201cSuper Star\u201d loans offer both Full Doc and Alt Doc options, with LVRs of up to 80 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Brighten will offer loans of up to $3 million with terms of up to 30 years, including up to five years of interest-only payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten CEO Jason Azzopardi said the new range would offer property investors a more complete range of flexible solutions, designed to help brokers avoid bureaucratic hurdles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSMSF lending can involve a lot of red tape,\u201d Azzopardi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve made the process as easy as possible by removing the barriers for brokers and borrowers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lender said that while Australia\u2019s 1.2 million SMSF members represented an underserved segment of the market, there has been a recent shift in the demographic of investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data showed that in the June 2025 quarter, 35\u201344-year-olds accounted for 37 per cent of new participants in the SMSF market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten head of sales &amp; distribution, Chris Meaker, said the new range was a product of the changing nature of the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSMSF investors are increasingly growing their interest in commercial property, as they seek stability and yield as part of their SMSF mix,\u201d
