She has also held roles with UBank, GE, and St.George.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighten\u2019s Head of Credit, Stuart Murray said the team was delighted to have Stanceski on board. &#8220;Julie is passionate about people and culture and has a wide breadth of experience in operations, management, credit and process excellence. She will provide valuable support as we maintain our rapid growth trajectory by ramping up our Prime and Near Prime lending while maintaining high quality credit decisions and rapid turnaround times.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanceski added, &#8220;I am thrilled to be part of a team and organisation that is innovative and growing at such rapid speed. My favourite part of my career is being able to work collaboratively and to engage with people in an agile, energetic workplace.
