results-driven, and innovative technology leader with expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies, Craig&#8217;s strategic approach supports Brighten to offer our brokers and customers a superior service proposition assisted through our innovative technology capabilities.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thompson joins Brighten from financial services group MA Financial, where he served as head of technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He previously worked as head of program delivery at Dimension Data Cloud Services, and in the UK as a technical solutions consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright, an infrastructure and systems engineer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and an IT operations analyst at Olswanf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thompson holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in commerce from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisa.ac.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of South Africa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;What excites me the most about this opportunity is that
