Home Loans with loan originations up 208% year on year and staff numbers increasing by 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The non-bank lender has welcomed twelve new members to the team so far this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have recently appointed a new BDM, Jay Allen, to the team who joined us from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brokernews.com.au\/resources\/tools\/company\/la-trobe-financial\/238870\/\">La Trobe Financial<\/a>&nbsp;where he was a credit analyst,\u201d said Brighten head of distribution Natalie Sheehan (pictured above with Allen). \u201cJay previously worked in real estate so brings with him a well-rounded knowledge of the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In February, Brighten appointed Chris Meaker as its inaugural national sales manager to further grow the company\u2019s broker network and increase sales across all distribution channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith a strong track record in building broker networks and managing high-volume originations, Chris Meaker is an exceptional hire that we\u2019re thrilled to be welcoming to the Brighten team,\u201d said Sheehan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said Brighten\u2019s mission was to reshape non-bank lending in Australia by creating effective and innovative lending solutions to help more home buyers achieve their goal of property ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite being a younger company, Brighten was seeing high demand for the unique solutions it offered clients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe offer a range of competitive full doc, alt doc, and construction loan products available to prime and near prime, resident, and non-resident borrowers,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheehan said she was proud of the values the non-bank lender offered its clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe want to strive to be a lender that makes a positive impact on our customers, partners, community, and the planet,\u201d she
