Adviser<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Mikai Ning has been appointed to the newly created role of national strategic partnerships manager, the non-bank lender has announced.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikai&nbsp;Ning will be working alongside Brighten national sales manager Chris Meaker in order to drive expansion of the non-bank lender\u2019s distribution network via strategic partnerships and reach new domestic and international markets.<br><br>Ms Ning was promoted internally from her senior business development management (BDM) role with Brighten to the newly created position after a rapid period of growth for the business, with Brighten\u2019s loan origination volume increasing by 91 per cent following three RMBS transactions.<br><br>Brighten hit several growth milestones over the course of 2022 such as the three partnerships with mortgage aggregators Finsure,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theadviser.com.au\/aggregator\/43267-brighten-joins-another-aggregator-panel\">outsource Financial<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theadviser.com.au\/aggregator\/43391-purple-circle-launches-white-label-loans-suite\">Purple Circle<\/a>, which boosted the non-bank lender\u2019s distribution network to over 15,000 brokers nationally.<br><br>She brings more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in portfolio management, relationship management, business development, and multi-channel sales.<br><br>Ms Ning has been a part of Brighten since 2017 as a BDM, following tenures with major banks ANZ and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).<br><br>Ms Ning said the non-bank lender\u2019s growth reflected the increasing popularity among clients and brokers who are seeking effective and alternative lending solutions.<br><br>\u201cI am thrilled to embark on an exciting chapter as I step into this new role at Brighten,\u201d Ms Ning concluded.<br><br>\u201cMy goal is to build upon the strong foundation of partnerships we have established and explore new
