Do you accept individual borrowers under this product?

No, unfortunately we can only lend to company borrowers for Lift product.

Why do I need Lift product instead of going to traditional lenders?

Lift product is designed for business seeking short term, quick and flexible financial solutions beyond traditional banking.
Our streamlined process and flexible doc requirements allow borrowers to access funds quicker than traditional lenders.
We allow a broader range of loan purposes including bridging finance (buy before sell), working capital, unlimited debt consolidation, equity release for business purposes, land banking etc.

What type of securities are acceptable?

We accept standard commercial securities and residential securities in Cat 1 and Cat 2 locations. Specialised securities may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you capitalise Interest?

Interest only repayments are required to be made monthly in advance. Should there be sufficient equity, you could look to cash out to cover any interest payments during the loan term.

Are there annual reviews?

We don’t require annual reviews. Once you settle with Brighten, you can relax and leave the rest to us.

Is there redraw available?

Yes, redraw is available on this product.

How does it work?

Submit Your Application

Email application details and supporting documents to [email protected].
We issue your customer a complimentary conditional written approval within 5 business days.

Valuation & Income Verification

Begin valuation and income verification process after Valuation Fee is settled.

Documents Signing

We issue your customer the formal loan approval, then forward your customer all the necessary documents for signing.

Settlement

Finalise settlement, and the loan is released to your customer.
