Liwen has over 6 years’ experience across a range of lending activities including credit assessment, client relationship management, mortgage broker support and lending practice management.

Prior to joining Brighten, Liwen was a Partnership Development Manager in N1 Holdings Ltd where she worked with multiple internal and external stakeholders of the business developing rapport with business to business relationships. In previous roles her in depth credit and lending knowledge allowed her to successfully navigate the detail of the credit policy and, in doing so, achieve record sales.

Liwen holds a Master of Actuarial Practice from Macquarie University, Diploma of Business Management in Central Queensland University and a Bachelor of Information Technology of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Prior to joining Brighten in July 2020, Leo spent the last 15 years in the banking and finance industry. He last worked for Tomorrow Finance as a Partnership Manager for introducers. Leo started his career with ANZ on the graduate program, then moved to Bankwest as a Branch Manager. Leo has a proven track record of delivery across customer experience, risk and compliance, revenue growth, business development and relationship management.

Leo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with the University of Melbourne.

Jimmy has over 11 years’ experience in Banking and Finance.

Prior to joining Brighten, Jimmy worked for BC Securities as a Relationship Manager working directly with consumers in their direct channel.

Jimmy started his career with Standard Chartered Bank then moved into Mortgage Broking before working for the NAB in Credit Assessment.

Jimmy has a proven track record of delivery across customer service, credit risk and assessment, and relationship management.

Jimmy holds a Master’s Degree in Science from the University of Bridgeport in the USA, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Toyama University in Japan and a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance.
