How do I stay across when the changes will happen?

Do I need to register for the portal?

The Customer Portal will be available to all existing customers. Following the self-service instructions on the Customer Portal will allow you access.

What if I have trouble logging into the Customer Portal?

How do I make changes to direct debit?

If you need to make changes to your direct debit, you can contact our Client Services team via 13 14 88.

How do I access redraw?

You will be able to continue doing redraw via the Customer Portal. The daily limits and restrictions remain the same. If you need to move additional funds or are restricted in some way please contact our Client Services team via 13 14 88.

Will my BPAY details change?

No. They will continue without disruption. If you need assistance or you wish to talk about repayment options, please contact our Client Services team via 13 14 88.

Will I lose any account details and repayment history due to the upgrade?

No. The portal upgrade and changes will not affect your home loan and account history at Brighten. You will still be able to view statements previously issued and transaction listings in the new Customer Portal.
