Can I apply for both a Construction Loan and a Land Loan?

Yes, you can. You may choose to purchase the land first with a Vacant Land loan, then apply for a Construction Loan at a later stage when you’re ready to begin building. Our Vacant Land has a maximum loan term of two years to allow you the flexibility to build when you are ready.
