Briefs: Suncorp launches hybrid, Brighten hires lending manager

Suncorp has launched an issue of hybrid securities, Suncorp Capital Notes 4, seeking A$350 million of additional tier 1 capital. The margin is expected to be between 290 and 310 basis points over the three-month bank bill swap rate. The notes have a first call date of June 2028.
Brighten Home Loans has appointed Julie Stanceski as its lending manager. Before joining Brighten, Stanceski worked at commercial mortgage lender Thinktank. She also worked as a credit manager at Australian Mortgage Options, at UBank and at Gateway Bank.
