Brokers under the aggregator will now have access to another non-bank lender as Mortgage Choice expands its offerings.

Non-bank lender Brighten is the latest to be added to the Mortgage Choice lender panel.

Brighten offers a variety of commercial and home loans. There is a wide range on offer such as full doc, alt doc, expat, non-resident, bridging, and construction.

Brighten director of distribution Chris Meaker is excited at the opportunity to reach more clients through Mortgage Choice’s brokers.

“We’re thrilled to be joining Mortgage Choice’s lender panel, and we look forward to working with their national broker network to help even more borrowers realise their property ownership dreams,” he said.

Mortgage Choice brokers can access Brighten’s products immediately. The lender offers loans up to $5 million and on full doc loans, a maximum of 95 per cent LVR including LMI.

The expat, non-residential, and temporary visa holder focus that Brighten has is an attractive part of its proposition. This has been described as an “excellent addition” to the Mortgage Choice panel.

“We are pleased to welcome Brighten to the Mortgage Choice lender panel. Through this partnership, our broker network will be able to provide even greater choice to even more borrowers,” said Mortgage Choice director of panel partner solutions Phillip Horder.

“Expat, non-residential and temporary visa-holder borrowers who receive foreign incomes, or reside overseas, which can make it harder for them to secure a home loan with a traditional lender. Brighten’s Elevate and Evergreen products have been designed to meet the unique needs of these borrowers making them an excellent addition to our panel.”
